Martinez Middle School in Tampa hosts a Hillsborough River paddle for 7th grade science students.  These students see the effects of throwing trash on the ground as it pollutes the Hillsborough River and then Tampa Bay.  They also get a first hand look at the natural beauty of the River  

Students and Volunteers will furnish their own water, snacks, sunscreen and insect repellent. Green Armada will furnish gloves and trash bags. All Students and Volunteers must wear personal flotation devices while on the water. 

We're looking for three experienced kayakers to act as safety personnel for this event. We have seats on kayaks for safety personnel.
